Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 Glasses (each containing approx. 500 ml)
  • 2 big oranges
  • 3 Lemons
  • 240 ml brown rum
  • 200 ml Pineapple juice
  • 80 ml Grenadine (pomegranate syrup)
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Sugar syrup
  • 7-10 Tbsp Angostura
  • 7-10 Tbsp Ice cube
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cocktail cherries and orange slices or pineapple slices

    Squeeze oranges and lemons separately. Place 50 ml orange juice with 30 ml lemon juice, 60 ml rum, 50 ml pineapple juice, 20 ml grenadine, 1 tbsp. sugar syrup, 2-3 dashes of angostura and 5 ice cubes in a shaker and shake well.

    Fill a long drink glass to 3⁄4 with ice cubes, strain the cocktail into the glass. Garnish with cherries, orange or pineapple. Prepare 3 more drinks in the same way.
