Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 Glasses (each containing approx. 250 ml)
  • 1 small avocado
  • 2 small ripe bananas
  • 150 g Cream yoghurt
  • 750 ml Orange juice
  • 1/2 Lime
  • 1 TABLESPOON Chia seeds

Directions

    Cut the avocado in half, remove the seeds. Remove the flesh from the skin and cut into large pieces. Peel bananas and cut into pieces.

    Blend avocado, bananas, yoghurt and orange juice in a blender until finely creamy. Season to taste with lime juice. Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with chia seeds.
