Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 Limes (of which 2 organic)
  • 100 ml white cane sugar syrup (e.g. from Monin)
  • 300 ml chilled blood orange juice
  • 200 ml white rum
  • 7-10 Tbsp Ice cube

Directions

    Wash organic limes in hot water, dry. Cut off 4 slices from 1 lime. Cut remaining organic limes into slices. Squeeze the remaining limes.

    Mix sugar syrup, orange and lime juice with rum. Divide the ice cubes and lime wedges into four glasses and top up with the rum mixture. Garnish with slices of lime.
