Ingredients

  • 4 Oranges (2 organic)
  • 1 Organic Lemon
  • 1 Organic Lime
  • 1 Apples
  • 3 Cloves
  • 1 Cinnamon stick
  • 1 bottle(s) (750 ml each) fruity red wine (e.g. tempranillo)
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Sugar syrup (e.g. from Monin)
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Orange liqueur

Directions

    Wash organic oranges, lemon and lime in hot water, dry and cut into thin slices. Squeeze the remaining oranges. Wash the apple, quarter it, remove the core. Cut apple into cubes.

    Put orange, lemon and lime slices, apple cubes, cloves and cinnamon stick into a carafe (approx. 1 1⁄2 l content). Add red wine, sugar syrup, orange liqueur and orange juice and chill for 3-4 hours.
