Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Organic Lime
  • 200 g Pineapple
  • 1/2 Baby pineapple
  • 100 ml Tequila
  • 50 ml Triple sec (e.g. Cointreau)
  • 2 Limes
  • 400 ml Pineapple juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Ice cube

Directions

    Dip the rim of four glasses first in water, then in salt. Wash organic lime hot, dry and cut into pieces. Peel the pineapple, cut out the stalk and cut the flesh into pieces.

    Place ice cubes, pieces of lime and pineapple in the glasses. Mix tequila, triple sec, lime and pineapple juice and pour over.
