  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oatmeal
  • 1 TABLESPOON Coconut flake
  • 125 g low-fat yoghurt (0,1 % fat)
  • 75 g Mango fruit sauce (or smoothie)
  • 1 ripe nectarine

Directions

    Roast oat flakes and grated coconut in a pan without fat for 3-4 minutes, let cool off

    Mix yoghurt and mango sauce. Wash the nectarine, dab dry, cut in half, remove stone and cut the flesh into slices

  3. 3

    Arrange nectarine, mango yoghurt and oatmeal mixture in a bowl
