Banana muesli with coconut yoghurt

Ingredients

  • 1 TABLESPOON Raisins
  • 150 g Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 1 TABLESPOON Coconut flake
  • 1 (100 g) small banana
  • 25 g puffed spelt
  • 1 TEASPOON clear honey
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint

Directions

    Wash and drain the raisins. Mix the yoghurt with a good half of the grated coconut. Peel and chop the banana. Layer puffed spelt, raisins, yoghurt and banana in a bowl.

    Sprinkle with honey and decorate with mint. Sprinkle with remaining grated coconut.
