Wash, clean and drain the salad. Wash the chives, dab dry, cut into fine rings and mix with the cream cheese. Toast bread. Clean, wash and dry grate the tomato and cut into slices.
Cut the cheese into slices. Spread 1 slice of bread with cream cheese, cover with lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. Fix the bread at two corners with a wooden stick and cut the sandwich diagonally in half. Garnish with chervil if necessary.
Cold carrot juice tastes good with it.
