Toast roll with spinach and omelette

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/4 Sweet pepper
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TEASPOON Oil
  • 1/2 disc (approx. 20 g) cooked ham
  • 50 g young leaf spinach
  • 1 Toast roll
  • 2 discs Tomatoes
  • 1 washer Toast cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Orange slices and oregano

Directions

    Peel and chop the onion. Clean, wash, dab dry and chop the peppers. Whisk egg and 4 tablespoons of water, season with salt and pepper

    Brush a small, coated pan with 1/2 teaspoon of oil, heat up. Cut the ham in half if necessary. Fry in the pan for 1-2 minutes on each side, remove

    Put the egg in the hot pan, cover and let it simmer for 5-6 minutes. Wash the spinach, drain

    Heat 1/2 tsp. oil in a small pot. Fry the spinach, onion and paprika covered with 3 tbsp. water until the spinach has collapsed. Season with salt and pepper, drain on kitchen paper. Toast the toast buns brown, cut in half

    Arrange ham, spinach, omelette, tomatoes and cheese on the underside of the roll. Place the top half of the roll on top, arrange, garnish with orange wedges and oregano as desired
