Toast with ham and fried egg

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 Picking lettuce leaves
  • 150 g Cucumber
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Sunflower oil
  • 4 Eggs (size M)
  • 4 discs (30 g each) Toast
  • 20 g Butter
  • 8 discs (10 g each) Salmon ham without fat edge
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Wash the salad, shake dry. Wash, clean and slice the cucumber. Heat oil in a coated pan and fry fried eggs in it. Toast the bread and spread a thin layer of butter on it.

    Cover with lettuce, cucumber and ham. Place eggs on top and season with salt and pepper. Arrange on plates.
