Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 500 g Poultry minced meat
  • 50 g Breadcrumbs
  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 2 large mushrooms (about 50 g each)
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 4 Ox heart tomatoes (approx. 350 g each)

Directions

    Mix the minced meat, breadcrumbs and eggs in a bowl and knead well. Season with salt and pepper. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a large frying pan. Form 4 burgers of the same size from the mince and fry them in the pan for 5-6 minutes on each side.

    Clean, wash and slice the mushrooms. Clean, wash and slice the zucchini. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan. First fry the zucchini slices, then the mushroom slices. Season with salt and pepper.

    Wash the tomatoes and cut a slice in the middle. Cover the tomato base with slices of zucchini and mushrooms. Cover with tomato slice and burger and finish with the tomato lid.
