Crispbread with cream cheese and salmon ham

  • 150 g granular cream cheese (0,8 % fat)
  • 2 discs (10 g each) Crispbread
  • 50 g Cucumber
  • 6 (10 g each) [...]
  • 1 TABLESPOON Cress
  • 7-10 Tbsp coarsely ground coloured pepper

Directions

    Spread the cream cheese on both slices of crispbread. Wash the cucumber, cut it into slices, cut them in half and put them on the bread. Remove the fat from the edge of the salmon ham and roll up into rolls.

    Cover slices of bread with it. Sprinkle bread with cress and coarsely ground coloured pepper.
