  • 1 Wholemeal roll
  • 2 tablespoons (20 g each) cream cheese preparation (5% fat)
  • 5 Radishes
  • 30 g Radish sprouts
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt

Directions

    Halve the wholemeal rolls and spread both sides with cream cheese. Clean, wash and slice the radishes. Rinse and drain the radish sprouts. Spread the radish slices and sprouts on the lower half of the roll, season with salt and place the upper half on top
