Put the cottage cheese in a bowl. Wash the parsley, pluck the leaves and cut into strips. Wash chives, shake dry and, except for a stalk, cut everything into fine rings and stir into the cottage cheese.
Season cottage cheese with salt and pepper. Spread the rusks with the cottage cheese and garnish with a chive stalk. Arrange the rusks on a plate. Clean and wash the radishes, cut one into slices and place it on the plate.
Add the remaining radishes.
