Rusk with herb cottage cheese

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 3 TABLESPOONS (20 g each) Cottage cheese (10% fat in dry matter)
  • 1 Stalk parsley
  • 1/2 bunch Chives
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 (10 g each) Zwiebäcke
  • 4 Radishes

Directions

    Put the cottage cheese in a bowl. Wash the parsley, pluck the leaves and cut into strips. Wash chives, shake dry and, except for a stalk, cut everything into fine rings and stir into the cottage cheese.

    Season cottage cheese with salt and pepper. Spread the rusks with the cottage cheese and garnish with a chive stalk. Arrange the rusks on a plate. Clean and wash the radishes, cut one into slices and place it on the plate.

    Add the remaining radishes.
