Couscous parsley salad

Ingredients

  • 3 Stem(s) Parsley
  • 1 TEASPOON Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 70 g Couscous
  • 1/4 red pepper
  • 30 g Cucumber
  • 80 g Lamb filet
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Sambal Oelek
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TEASPOON White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp ground cumin

Directions

    Wash the parsley, shake dry and cut the leaves into strips. Bring 75 ml water, 1/2 tsp. oil and 1 good pinch of salt to the boil. Stir in ##Couscous##, cover and leave to stand for about 5 minutes.

    Loosen up with a fork every now and then. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into small cubes. ##Wash and cut the cucumber into small cubes. ##Wash lamb##, dab dry and cut into larger pieces.

    Heat 1/2 tsp. oil in a coated pan. Sauté the meat while turning, then deglaze with 2 tbsp. water and Sambal Oelek. Season with salt and pepper, remove from heat and keep warm.

    Mix couscous, paprika, vinegar, cucumber and parsley strips and season to taste with salt, pepper and cumin.
