Grilled saddle of lamb with stuffed tomatoes

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 Branches of rosemary
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 4 Lamb salmon (approx. 130 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Oil
  • 8 Tomatoes
  • 1 bunch of rocket
  • 1 (250 g) Mug of party salad
  • 1/2 (approx. 200 g) Flatbread

Directions

    Wash the rosemary, cut the twigs into pieces. Peel garlic and chop roughly. Wash the meat, dab dry and season with salt and pepper. Brush grill pan with oil and heat.

    Roast rosemary and garlic in it. Add the meat and grill on both sides for 6-8 minutes. In the meantime, wash and dry the tomatoes, cut off the lid and remove the seeds from the tomatoes with a teaspoon.

    Wash the rocket, shake dry, cut a little smaller and mix with the party salad. Stuff the tomatoes with it. Cut the meat into slices, sprinkle with roasted rosemary and garlic. Arrange on plates with tomatoes and bread.
