Crisps with cream cheese and coloured paprika cubes

  • 2 discs (à 10 g) wholemeal crispbread
  • 2 tablespoons (20 g each) Double cream cream cheese
  • 60 g Pepper (red, green, yellow)
  • 30 g Frisée salad
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Spread slices of crispbread with cream cheese. Wash the bell peppers and cut into fine cubes. Clean and wash the frisée. Sprinkle diced paprika on the crispbread, season with salt and pepper and spread the salad on top.

    Garnish with parsley. Add remaining salad and paprika cubes.
