Wholemeal roll with Brie cheese, apricots and cranberry compote

1 Wholemeal roll (approx. 60 g)
1 tablespoon (15 g) thickened cranberries (glass)
25 g Brie cheese
1/4 (10 g; tin) Apricot
7-10 Tbsp Thyme

Cut the buns in half horizontally. Spread the lower side with cranberries. Cut cheese into slices. Cut the apricots into slices and place them on the bread roll with the cheese. Garnish with thyme and fold up.
