Ham toast with cress

  • 1 washer Wholemeal toast bread
  • 1 Lettuce leaf
  • 50 g Buttermilk quark
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp colourful pepper
  • 25 g cooked ham in wafer-thin slices
  • 1/4 Beet Cress

Directions

    Roast bread in the toaster until golden brown, let it cool down. Wash the salad and dab dry. Season quark with salt and pepper. Spread the slice of bread with it. Cover with salad and ham. Cut cress from the bed and sprinkle over it.

    Sprinkle with pepper.
