Ingredients

  • 20 g low-calorie pineapple chunks
  • 1 (approx. 60 g) Tomato
  • 2 leaves Lettuce
  • 1 washer (45 g) dark wholemeal bread
  • 1 teaspoon (10 g) Salad cream (10 % fat)
  • 1/2 disc (15 g) low-fat Edam cheese
  • 1 washer (25 g) smoked turkey breast
  • 7-10 Tbsp milled pepper
  • 1 washer (30 g) Whole grain toast
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Drain the pineapple. Clean, wash and slice the tomato. Wash and drain the lettuce. Spread wholemeal bread with lettuce cream, arrange lettuce on top. Then top with tomato slices, pineapple, cheese and turkey breast.

    Season with pepper. Roast the toast and place it on top. Serve garnished with parsley.
