Wholemeal rolls with cheese, pear wedges and cranberries (diet)

  • 1/4 Pear (approx. 30 g)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 1 (60 g) Wholemeal roll
  • 1 Lettuce leaf
  • 1 washer (30 g) low-fat Gouda cheese (17 % fat)
  • 1 teaspoon (10 g) Cranberries in their own juice (glass)

Directions

    Core pear quarters and cut into 3 slices. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Halve the wholemeal roll, cover with the lettuce leaf and the slice of cheese. Dab the pear slices dry and place them on the cheese.

    Spread 1 tablespoon of cranberries over it and sprinkle with ground pepper.
