Rocket dip with crisps

Ingredients

  • 20 g Rocket
  • 100 g granular cottage cheese
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 (13 g each) round slices of rye crispbread

Directions

    Clean and wash the rocket, drain well. Put three leaves aside, cut the remaining rocket into strips. Mix cottage cheese, strips of rocket and a little salt. Place on a slice of crispbread, place a second slice on top and garnish with rocket put aside.
