Peel and finely chop the onion. Clean, wash and cut the bell peppers into strips. Peel, wash and chop the potatoes. Heat oil in a pot and fry onions, bell peppers and potatoes.
Add the sauerkraut and braise for about 5 minutes. Place the slices of smoked pork on top and braise for approx. 15 minutes in a closed saucepan. Season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Arrange on a plate and garnish with parsley.
