Ham and noodle pan

Ingredients

  • 30 g short thick noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 (30 g) small onion
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 100 g Mushrooms
  • 1/2 package (185 g) chunky tomatoes
  • 1 tsp (5 g) clear broth (instant)
  • 50 g frozen peas
  • 1/4 TEASPOON Oregano or Marjoram
  • 40 g lean cooked ham
  • 2-3 stem(s) Parsley
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Peel and chop the onion and fry in hot oil. Wash, clean and chop the mushrooms and fry them briefly. Stir in tomato pieces, stock, peas and herbs.

    Let everything simmer for about 5 minutes. Drain the pasta. Cut ham into strips. Wash and chop the parsley and put it in the pan with the noodles. Season with salt and pepper.
