Raspberries with cottage cheese and cornflakes

  • 100 g Raspberries
  • 30 g Cornflakes
  • 200 g Cottage cheese fitline (0,8 % fat)
  • 1 TEASPOON Maple syrup
  • 1 TEASPOON Hazelnut flakes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint

    Select the raspberries, rinse and drain. Put the cornflakes in a bowl. Add the raspberries, except for a few for decoration, to the cottage cheese and pour over the cornflakes. Decorate with raspberries and mint. Drizzle maple syrup over them. Sprinkle with hazelnut leaves
