Quark roll with turkey breast and apricots

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 2 TABLESPOONS (à 30 g) Low-fat curd
  • 1 (60 g) Wholemeal roll
  • 3 discs (5 g each) Turkey breast cold cuts in wafer-thin slices
  • 1 (10 g; tin) Apricot half
  • 2 Chive straws
  • 1/2 TEASPOON pink berries

Directions

    Stir the quark until smooth. Cut the roll open and spread the bottom half with the quark. Cover with turkey breast. Drain the apricots. Rinse chives, shake dry and cut into small rolls.

    Crush berries easily. Cut the apricot into slices and place on the roll. Sprinkle with chives and pepper. Serve the second half of the roll.
