Toast the toast, let it cool down a bit and spread with fat. Cover with sausage, pineapple and cheese in the order given. Place slices of toast on a baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 5 minutes until the cheese is lightly browned. Garnish with parsley
