  • 1 can(s) (850 ml; extract weight: 540 g) Apricots
  • 2 untreated lemons
  • 2 untreated oranges
  • 75 ml Orange Liqueur
  • 2 (each 0.7 l) Bottles of rosé wine
  • 1 (0,7 l) bottle of mineral water

Directions

    Drain the apricots and cut into slices. Wash and dry lemons and oranges and cut into thin slices. If necessary cut in half. Put the fruit in a large jug. Pour liqueur over them and let them steep for about 2 hours. Add wine. Fill up with mineral water shortly before serving, add ice cubes
