  • 375 ml dry white wine
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 2 can(s) (850 ml each) mild wine sauerkraut
  • 250 g green and blue seedless grapes

Directions

    Bring wine and sugar to the boil in a large saucepan and let it boil down for 10 minutes at low heat. Add sauerkraut and braise for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. In the meantime, clean, wash and halve the grapes. 5 minutes before the end of the braising time, carefully fold into the sauerkraut
