Divide the salad into individual leaves, wash and pluck into bite-sized pieces. Put cream, grape seed oil and vinegar in a bowl. Peel garlic and press 1 clove into the bowl with a garlic press. Season the dressing to taste with paprika, salt and pepper and mix in the chives. Cut white bread into cubes.
Melt butter in a pan and roast the bread cubes crispy in it at medium heat. Press the second clove of garlic through the press and mix in. Arrange the salad in a bowl and sprinkle with the bread cubes. Add the sauce. Grate cheese and sprinkle over the salad
