  • 40 g crunchy oats
  • 75 g blue and green grapes
  • 100 g low-fat yoghurt
  • 1 knife tip Sugar
  • 1 knife tip ground cinnamon

Directions

    Lightly roast the oat flakes in a pan without fat. Wash and halve the grapes. Put oat flakes, yoghurt and grapes in a bowl. Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the muesli
