150 g Pork chop soured milk (1,5 % fat) tt roast with bone (approx. 1,5 kg)
1-2 TEASPOONS Lemon juice
7-10 Tbsp Sweetener
10 g Chocolate shavings
1 (approx. 125 g) Banana

Mix soured milk and lemon juice and season to taste with some sweetener. Stir half of the grated chocolate into the soured milk. Peel and slice the banana. Arrange the banana slices and soured milk and sprinkle with the remaining chocolate grating.
