Gratinated chicken legs

Ingredients

  • 750 g Potatoes
  • 500 g Brussels sprouts
  • 2 medium-sized onions
  • 30 g Butter or margarine
  • 1/2 l clear broth (instant)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 4 Chicken legs
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Breadcrumbs

Directions

    Peel and wash the potatoes and cut them into 1/2 cm thick slices. Clean and wash the Brussels sprouts. Peel and chop onions. Heat 10 g fat in a saucepan and fry the diced onions in it until transparent, add potatoes and Brussels sprouts, deglaze with the broth and bring to the boil. Let it boil for 10 minutes. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken legs for 10 minutes, turning occasionally.

    Season with salt and pepper. Put the vegetables and broth in an ovenproof dish. Place the chicken legs on top. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top and place the remaining fat in flakes on top. Bake in a preheated oven (electric range: 225 ° C/ gas: level 4) for 10-15 minutes until golden brown
