Ingredients

  • 1 medium leek (leek)
  • 320 g Poultry meat sausage
  • 2 discs (40 g each) Gouda cheese with nettles
  • 1 TEASPOON Salt
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 2 Bag of mashed potatoes "the loose"
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 20 g Butter
  • 1 TABLESPOON sliced hazelnuts
  • 8 wooden skewers

Directions

    Clean the leek, remove 8 leaves and wash. Blanch in boiling water for about 1 minute. Take out and let drain. Cut sausage into 8 thick slices. Cut a pocket into each slice.

    Remove the rind from the cheese slices and cut into 4 pieces each. Place 1 piece of cheese in each meat pocket. Wrap leek leaves around it and stick them with wooden skewers. Boil 750 ml water, add salt.

    Remove the pot from the heat and add the milk. Stir in the purée flakes. Heat oil in a pan, fry sausage packs on each side for 3 minutes at medium heat. Heat butter. Add nuts.

    Arrange sausage packs and mashed potatoes on plates. Pour nut butter over the mashed potatoes.
