Prepare rice in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Wash the meat, dab dry and season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the meat for 10-12 minutes while turning.
Wash the apple, quarter it, core it and cut it into slices. Heat apple juice and 5 tablespoons of water. Add apple slices and raisins and steam for 5 minutes. Arrange apple slices with the sauce on a plate, place chicken fillet on top and sprinkle with pink berries.
Garnish with mint. Add rice, dust with paprika.
