Shrimps wash. Cut turkey breast into large cubes. Peel and chop onion and garlic. Clean and wash the celery and peppers. Cut celery into diagonal slices.
Roughly dice the bell peppers. Heat oil in a pot and fry meat all around for about 2 minutes. Add prawns and fry for another 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and take out. Add onion and garlic and fry until transparent. Add rice and steam for about 1 minute. Add turmeric. Add celery, paprika and turkey to the pan and mix. Deglaze with stock, bring to the boil, cover and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes. After 6 minutes add prawns.
