Soak the rice in about 1/8 litre salt water for 18-20 minutes. Wash the vegetables. Cut spring onion into rings, carrot and bell pepper into sticks, zucchini into half slices. Wash meat and dab dry. Heat oil in a coated pan. Fry the meat for 4-5 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper.
