  • 150 g Cottage cheese (3,9 % fat; granular fresh cheese)
  • 1 tsp (7 g) Maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon (20 g) chunky applesauce
  • 1 teaspoon (15 g) Cranberries (glass, in own juice)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint and apple slices

Directions

    Put the cottage cheese in a bowl, sprinkled with syrup. Serve with applesauce and cranberries. Decorate with mint and apple wedge.
