  • 2 Salad leaves
  • 6 Radishes
  • 75 g light herb quark (2,4 % fat)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 (approx. 60 g) Baguette roll
  • 25 g Radish sprouts

    Clean the salad, wash and pat dry. Clean, wash and slice 3 radishes. Cut the remaining radishes into fine sticks and fold into the quark. Season with salt and pepper. Cut open the rolls, cover with salad leaves and radish slices. Add the quark. Rinse radish sprouts briefly, drain and spread on the quark
