Baguette with olive-pepper-cheese-tatar

Ingredients

  • 1/2 red pepper (125 g)
  • 1 Stalk Thyme
  • 30 g green olives (seedless)
  • 3 discs (15 g each) Baguette
  • 15 g Sheep's cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Thyme

Directions

    Quarter the peppers, clean and wash them. Wash the thyme and dab dry. Drain the olives. Chop the peppers and olives finely. Pluck the leaves from the thyme. Mix the bell peppers, olives and thyme.

    Season with pepper and spread on the baguette slices. Crumble feta cheese over it. Bake in the preheated oven at top heat (electric range: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 5 minutes.

    Arrange on a plate and garnish with thyme.
