wholemeal cheese roll with fig and sesame

Ingredients

  • 1 Fig
  • 1 leaf Radicchio Salad
  • 1 (60 g) Wholemeal roll
  • 2 tablespoons (15 g each) Low-fat curd
  • 3 discs (10 g each) Emmental cheese
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Sesame seed
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Wash the fig and lettuce leaf and dab dry. Cut figs into slices. Cut wholemeal rolls in half, brush both sides with quark. Place lettuce leaf, fig wedges on the bottom of the roll and cover with the cheese.

    Arrange on a plate, sprinkle with sesame seeds, place the top half of the roll on top and garnish with a parsley leaf.
