Tomato and mozzarella sandwich

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 small Roman salad hearts (à ca.60 g)
  • 3 (each 80 g) Tomatoes
  • 1 (125 g) scoop of mozzarella cheese
  • 5 Stem(s) Basil
  • 8 discs Wholemeal toast
  • 8 TSP Fresh cheese with paprika (0,2 % fat)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Basil

Directions

    Clean the salad, wash and pat dry. Wash, clean and slice the tomatoes. Drain mozzarella and cut into slices. Wash basil leaves and dab dry. Place 8 sandwich slices on the work surface. Spread with 1 teaspoon of cream cheese each.

    Cover 4 slices with lettuce, tomatoes, mozzarella and basil. Season with salt and pepper. Cover with the remaining slices. Cut sandwiches in half and arrange on plates. Garnish with basil
