Clean the salad, wash and pat dry. Wash, clean and slice the tomatoes. Drain mozzarella and cut into slices. Wash basil leaves and dab dry. Place 8 sandwich slices on the work surface. Spread with 1 teaspoon of cream cheese each.
Cover 4 slices with lettuce, tomatoes, mozzarella and basil. Season with salt and pepper. Cover with the remaining slices. Cut sandwiches in half and arrange on plates. Garnish with basil
