Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 2 young carrots (approx. 75 g)
  • 2-3 Radishes
  • 80 g Kohlrabi
  • 75 g Cucumber
  • 1 (75 g) Small tomato
  • 1 leaf Lettuce
  • 1 Wholemeal rolls at your discretion
  • 20 g Remoulade sauce
  • 2 thin slices of Gouda cheese or butter cheese
  • 1 TEASPOON Chive rolls

Directions

    Clean, wash and drain the carrots, radishes, kohlrabi and cucumber. Cut the cucumber lengthwise into quarters. Cut kohlrabi into thick slices. Wash and drain tomato and lettuce. Cut tomato into slices. Slice the bread roll and spread with half of the tartar sauce. Roll up cheese slices as desired and cover the roll with lettuce, tomato slices and cheese. Place the rest of the tartar sauce as a blob on top and sprinkle with chives. It is best to put the roll and vegetables in a bread tin
