Two kinds of spreads (curry apple cream cheese & egg curd)

Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 60 g Radishes
  • 1/2 bunch Chives
  • 2-3 stem(s) Dill
  • 200 g Curd preparation (0,2 % fat)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 (approx. 75 g) celery stalk
  • 1 (approx. 125 g) small apple
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Lemon juice
  • 200 g Cream cheese with buttermilk (8 % fat)
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 1/2 - 1 TEASPOON Curry
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Honey
  • 8 discs (approx. 360 g) Wholemeal bread

Directions

    For the egg quark, pierce the eggs and boil them in plenty of boiling water for about 10 minutes. Rinse the eggs under cold water and let them cool down. Wash the radishes, drain and cut into fine sticks. Wash chives and dill, dab dry and cut finely except for a little bit for garnishing. Mix quark, radishes and herbs, except for something to sprinkle.

    Peel the eggs, cut them into slices and put one slice aside for garnishing. Chop the rest of the egg, except for a little bit for sprinkling, stir into the quark and season with salt and pepper. Arrange the egg quark in a small bowl and sprinkle with the remaining radishes, herbs and egg. Garnish with a slice of egg and dill. For the curry apple cream cheese, clean and wash the celery and put the leaves aside for garnishing. Cut the celery stick into fine cubes. Wash and quarter the apple and put aside one slice for garnishing. Cut out core, cut apple into sticks and mix with lemon juice. Mix cream cheese, milk and curry until creamy. Stir in apple and celery, except for something to sprinkle, and season to taste with salt, pepper and honey.
