  • 1/2 small red Paprika shot (approx. 80 g)
  • 100 g Cucumber
  • 3 Chive straws
  • 80 g granular cream cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 dark wholemeal roll

    Clean, wash and cut the peppers into rings. Rinse cucumber, dab dry and cut into thin slices. Rinse chives, dab dry and cut in half crosswise. Season cream cheese with salt. Cut the bread roll horizontally. Place cream cheese, cucumber slices, pepper rings and chives on the lower half of the roll one after the other. Cover with the upper roll half
