Ingredients

  • 1/2 Oak leaf salad
  • 1/2 Lettuce
  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 100 g blue grapes
  • 100 g green grapes
  • 1 -2 TABLESPOONS Red wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 8 discs (approx. 160 g) Nut baguettes
  • 40 g Butter or margarine
  • 160 g Roquefort cheese

Directions

    Clean, wash and drain the salad and pluck into bite-sized pieces. Wash and halve the tomatoes. Remove the stalk, cut the halves into slices. Wash, halve and seed the grapes. Mix vinegar, salt, pepper and olive oil to a salad dressing.

    Spread a thin layer of fat on baguette slices. Press the cheese through the garlic press and put it on the bread slices. Mix leaf salads and arrange on plates with grapes and tomato wedges, drizzle with salad dressing. Add slices of bread and serve
