Ingredients

  • 2 Salad leaves
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Wholemeal roll
  • 1 TABLESPOON Salad cream with 40% low-fat yoghurt
  • 1 washer (30 g) Semi-hard cheese (20-30% fat in dry matter)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chervil leaves

Directions

    Wash lettuce leaves, spring onion and tomato, dab dry and clean. Cut the tomato into slices and the spring onion into rings. Cut the bread roll open. Spread both halves with lettuce cream and cover with lettuce, cheese, tomato slices and spring onion rings.

    Garnish with chervil leaves.
