Herb quark with cherry tomatoes on wholemeal bread

  • 2 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Stalk parsley
  • 2 stalks of chives
  • 150 g Low-fat curd
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Rocket
  • 1 washer Grain Bread

Directions

    Wash and quarter the tomatoes. Wash herbs and pat dry. Cut chives into fine rings. Chop parsley leaves finely. Mix quark and herbs and season with salt and pepper.

    Clean, wash and drain the rocket. Cut bread in half. Arrange bread with curd cheese and tomatoes. Add the rocket to the quark. Season tomatoes with a little salt and pepper
