Roast sesame seeds in a pan without fat until golden brown. Remove from the pan. Mix quark, milk, apple juice, cinnamon and sea buckthorn juice. Wash the grapes, pluck them from the stalks, cut them in half and remove the seeds as desired.
Wash pears thoroughly, quarter them, remove seeds and cut them into thin slices. Arrange the 6-grain flakes, grapes and pears in four bowls, add the quark, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve decorated with mint leaves as desired.
