Cress buttermilk drink with softened egg

Ingredients

  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 1/4 Cress bed
  • 200 ml Buttermilk
  • 2-3 drop of Tabasco
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 discs thin crispbread

Directions

    Boil the egg for 7-8 minutes until soft. Cut cress from the bed. Put some cress aside for decoration. Mix the remaining cress and buttermilk. Season to taste with Tabasco and pepper. Remove the egg from the water and rinse with cold water. Decorate buttermilk with some cress and serve with the egg and crispbread
